"A complete nightmare. I had a devastating house fire and lost everything. They allowed my ex husband to be on my policy because I had rented the house to him. He is not on the deed and the contents of the home were 99% mine. He is getting all the benefits while they are rejecting my reimbursements of hotels and other expenses because I’m told they will only pay one of us and he submitted his first and was living there. We still stayed there on weekends and now have to pay for hotels out of pocket while they are paying for his Air BB. The only benefit I am receiving are checks made out to both of us that he is refusing to cash unless I give him half. I asked Josh to remove him prior to the fire and they refused. I never anticipated this snd should have switched insurance when that happened. I am disgusted and being treated as if this was not my home. This will be a lawsuit, and I hope no one else has to live the nightmare I currently am."

"I would give them a 0 if I could. I canceled my insurance months ago. Clear back in July and it's now December and they are trying to bill me. They are telling me they need my current insurance agent to send paperwork to them again that they have already sent to them 4 times. They really need to start doing there job! Jake needs to train his employees better and do better. This is not how you run a business. I should not still have to be dealing with this company. Definitely do not get insurance with Jake Shockley insurance We canceled our insurance after pre paying for it. All we are getting is a run around of people constantly tell us they will look into why they are still trying to bill us. Or when I ask for Ross I am told he's in a meeting or on the phone to never get called back. This company makes a lot of promises but doesn't follow through. Customer service is very poor."
