"We canceled our insurance after pre paying for it. All we are getting is a run around of people constantly tell us they will look into why they are still trying to bill us. Or when I ask for Ross I am told he's in a meeting or on the phone to never get called back. This company makes a lot of promises but doesn't follow through. Customer service is very poor."

"Highly disappointed in the lack of compassion toward how this particular office has allowed almost three months to pass with only empty promises to a loyal customer of over 42 years! My 72 year old mother lives in Bonham on East Boyd Street and has had 2 engineers, 3 adjusters, and still not granted enough funds nor support from this office to even begin repairs from the E1 tornado that hit 6/8/25. We understand a lot of folks have been affected. It's not the time...its the denial of recieving the funds for PROPER REPAIR. All the empty promises from Josh on getting conversations completed with the contractors in order to get them to start repair and get paid the full amount. If you are shopping for loyalty or customer service...keep shopping. Not even after 42 years do they want to properly and professionally handle their Loyal customers. Shameful. Josh phoned her by Tuesday 8/26 (3weekspost the promised 3 way calls and 48 hours after this review was made. Stewart called my mother 8/27/25 to inform her he knew of this post. Again, it took a review to get a response and still, no genuine customer service. I pray they get it right. Too much money has been paid over 42 years for you not to stand by the ones that have supported your business for decades. Do better. She is trying to give you the opportunity. Stand by her and make it right. The Community is watching and will share this experience with her."

"Randi Leblanc was super friendly and easy to work with. Also they have saved me close to $600 per month on my premiums and will also step in and assist and go to bat for you when dealing with claims. I’m changing my review from 5 star to 1 star because they are absolutely zero help when it comes to handling and helping with a claim! Don’t call back when they say they will! I’ve been dealing with a truck claim that they are trying to screw me on for 4 months and still haven’t been paid out on it! State Farm only care about their profits!"
